It depends where you live. Lakewood, Tacoma, Puyallup, and University Place require a permit for a full replacement, and we handle it. Unincorporated Pierce County is usually exempt for a standard re-roof. We will tell you which applies to your house before we start.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most full replacements take 1-2 days, including full cleanup and hauling the old roof away.
What shingles do you install?
